Qin - original character design (wip)

Reworking some original characters. Qin grew up on the cliffs of Yughan, and as a child found an eagle chick with its wing torn off. She built a new wing for him using magi-tech and ancient, runed feather pieces. There are only so many feather pieces, so she can either allow her eagle full flight, or use them to enhance her blade, but not both at once.
